Shipping policy

Shipping of your order will occur in 2-3 days of order being placed with USPS being the preferred shipper within the United States. Tracking number will be provided once shipped.

International Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer — they are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Whitetail Jewelry has no control over customs processing times or fees. We are unable to refund shipping costs or original order amounts if a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees.
